Well it’s been a busy last three weeks. Been spending the time increasing my domestic skills as I take on more chores around the house. More cleaning, washing, laundry and even a spot of cooking. Was kinda afraid that I may have forgotten the skills to allow me to live alone, but it’s still there. Mostly.
The job hunt continues and that’s keeping me busy as well. Going through jobs on the online job websites, mailing companies (both E as well as snail) and constantly writing and re-writing my resume. It’s the writing resume thing that bugs me the most. I know it’s just me, but I find it hard to say anything good about my skills. Frankly, with everything down on paper, it looks kinda…lacking. I also like to modify my resume based on the company that I’m applying too, so the constant rewrites are time consuming.
And lastly, while that is all going on, I’m still helping in my church with their computers. All the hardware is done, and now things move full swing now that the software is here. Of course any tech-head knows that its the installing of all the software and configuring them that takes up most amount of time.
Yea so keeping busy but I hope to be about to spend more time online again soon.
